Guided Visualisation to relax and to reduce stress

Following on from my last post/video for elements in a Resilience & Stress Management Strategy​ I have created a video in which I would like to take you through a guided visualisation.

This visualisation can help you to relax, to get rid of tension and to get some positive energy.


Especially at a time where we can not travel this is a fantastic way to mentally transport you to any place where you would like to be.


You can do this sitting or lying down.
