April is Stress Awareness Month and with the current situation stress levels might be higher than normal. That's why I thought I create a short video with a few bites from my workshop to reduce stress and anxiety.

I take you through the elements of some Resilience and Stress Management Strategies. These can help you to lower your stress and anxiety. Then I explain the techniques "Three Happy Things" and "Shitty First Draft".
